A stock aircraft called hmp 0.3b. Built with 32 of the finest parts, its root part is Mark2Cockpit.
Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.3.0.
Designed to be supermaneuverable but totally controllable. The flaps are supposed to go up and are for super slow flight.
