Description
Can ascend from Kerbin and land on any planetary body excluding Eve. At full tanks the nucler engine allows ~1800 DV before 2300 DV of high TWR thrust from closed cycle rapiers and aero-spikes. With enough oxidizer to land on Moho (or around 800-900 DV) the nuclear engine gives the craft ~4k DV first.
The VTOL capabilities are via RCS Vernor engines. The Vernors peppered on the bottom that allow it are not enabled unless the landing gear (group) is engaged (see action groups)
I’ve been able to land on on planetary bodies (Tlyo included) and the DV readout indicated it has enough DV to reach anywhere as well but i’ve been unable to plan and execute the trips to make a full tour of the system. Hopefully someone is able to do it, good luck!
