Fuel amount doesn’t affect center of mass, as long as external side tanks are not used.
Main rotor is tilted 5° forward, so hover attitude is 5° nose up.
Cruise attitude: Between 5° nose down and 5° nose up. I just use mechjeb SAS to set pitch and heading (and 0° roll) and adjust throttle to control vertical speed.
Use stage
to start the engines for the first time, otherwise the engines won’t produce electric power.
