The Reliant Robin was first introduced in the UK in 1973, and was very popular in the Northern mining communities. Its three wheels allowed it to avoid the road tax and licensing laws by being recognized technically as a motorcycle. It also had the revolutionary feature of flipping over whenever you turn.
Now the classic Robin can be enjoyed in Kerbal Space Program! Enjoy going from 0 to 60 in only 2 minutes (on a hill) and crashing and dying by turning the wheel at over 30mph. Don’t count on the suspension, either, as there’s not a single spring in the whole chassis.
For an authentic 70’s north UK miner experience, you need a Robin. Be sure to bring a helmet!
