Ascent Profile:
1.Fly 10 degrees inclination(set it and forget it!)
2.At 20,000 Meters press Spacebar or 0 to activate Nerv Engines
3.At 25,000 Meters press 8 to switch Rapier Mode to Closed Cycle
4.After the desired Apoapsis Height is achieved cut throttle and coast
5.Circularize at Apoapsis and you are done!

Should have approx 1,000m/s left after circularizing at 75,000m Apoapsis

Refuel in space and you will end with 3,239 m/s(Nerv and Rapier’s activated).
