Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.9.1.

A multipurpose truck with a companion car (separate craft file, uploaded separately)
The truck has a large crew capacity, large amount of battery storage, fission reactors, mining drills, large amount of ore storage, an onboard lab, some sensor packages, and a solar array.

It also has jet engines to aid in getting up steep inclines or to move across water, if sent to a planet without oxygen replace the jets with something else.
