A stock aircraft called Aerleeker 2.3 SP. Built with 46 of the finest parts, its root part is Mark1Cockpit.

Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.2.1.

This AerLeeker is the SeaPlane version. It can easilly land on water, but its a bit harder to take off from water. That’s why, kerbal engineers have added another engine in the middle of the tail. It is way slower than the other AerLeeker, but it’s a SeaPlane so it’s cool.
This plane was also made possible using the modified wings of the other AerLeeker. They were just moved to the front, and due to a weight problem, engineers needed to remove two seats.
Wheels have also changed their disposition, because wings have changed their position. On the original AerLeeker, Wheels were in a Tricicle diposition. On this one, wheels are disposed like for a Tail Dragger.

This AerLeeker exist in two other differents versions. One of them has changed wings, another one the original one. Here are the links:
