Description
The kupolev Tu-122M KATO reporting name: Backfire) is a supersonic, variable-sweep wing, long-range strategic and maritime strike Bomber During the Cold War, the Tu-122M was operated by the Kerbal Soviet Air Forces (KVVS) in a strategic bombing role, and by the Kerbal Soviet Naval Aviation (AVMF) in a long-range maritime anti-shipping role. Significant numbers remain in service with the Krussian Air Force today with more than 100 still in use
