LOCAL RELAY NETWORK SET

Full planet/moon coverage in one launch.
Every sat have ~2000dV
Add suitable launch vehicle and off you go.
NOTE: Decoupler on Polar Link is set to non staged state, to avoid accidents. Forbid fuel usage of small relays when stowed if lower stages drain their fuel.

Setup steps (to get pattern from the photo above):
1. Achieve low circular polar orbit (90 degrees inclination)
2. Decouple relay sat ONE AT TIME!
3. Make first node above south pole, and go up as high as you want (higher - sat is visible for longer time).
4. Measure 120 degrees from first node, and make next node like in step 3.
5. Decouple next relay sat.
6. Do the same with third one.
7. Once flower is set, decouple Polar Link (biggest anteena).
8. Make node at N/S pole, and go up to the edge of SOI (but stay in it). This sat will relay communocation between Kerbin and short range sats you deployed.

This setup gives you full coverage of a body surface (99% of time) and of space around it.

It’s inside fairing, but lower stages not included, add lower stages suitable for your missions.

NOTE: This setup is dsigned for LOCAL network, you must have a strong relay in the system that you want to go. Or just change Polar Link antenna for a bigger model.
