With the Royal Isle having fallen to the Coalition’s war machine in the early months of 1943, and the Ikan Empire fighting toe-to-toe with the Efrosan navy in the Panacea Ocean, Efrosa was forced to make some heavy modifications to some of its aircraft for temporary use outside of their designed roles. The K-47 Hunter IV is one of those such aircraft.

Under threat from Bavarian bombing campaigns, the upgraded K-47 has had its wings increased in size as well as a 50mm autoloading recoilless rifle mounted on the left shoulder. The stopgap measure for the K-47 began in 1944, and began being phased out by newer aircraft for the bomber interception role in 1948. A total of 20,374 K-47s were manufactured over the course of the war, approximately 8000 of which were of the Hunter IV variant.
