Description
A versatile ion-powered upper stage. The radially-mounted xenon tanks are used first, and dropped when empty to save weight. Although this stage has a small amount of battery capacity, it mainly depends on electrical power from elsewhere on its craft.
A stock subassembly called Libra 1. Built with 21 of the finest parts, its root part is xenonTank.
Built in KSP version 1.7.0.
