Description
The Lemures was quite a nice vehicle already; its one significant downside was that it didn’t have significant room for cargo stowage, restricting its science loadout to what could be bolted onto the sides.
That deficiency has now been rectified with an extension of the rover’s chassis - an additional girder has been inserted in front of the rear docking port, making space for three dedicated cargo containers plus a third pair of wheels for added traction and drive and braking power. In addition, a recent redesign of the rover cabin (read: the 1.11 update’s addition of inventory slots to almost all crew-containing modules) has freed up enough space to carry two extra items of cargo internally.
A stock aircraft called Lemures 2. Built with 59 of the finest parts, its root part is mk2LanderCabin.v2.
