Description
This rover is designed for service on Eeloo or other such bodies far from the sun, where solar panels produce little in the way of useful power. Its twin RTGs continuously trickle electric charge into its huge battery banks, providing a big reserve of power that can be used for science, transmitting data back to Kerbin, or doing wheelies. Carrying two Kerbals in its enclosed cab, plus two in rear-mounted external seats, its rear towing fixture allows it to be easily expanded by hitching it to trailers full of more science equipment, even-more-giant batteries, economy class seating, et cetera.
A DLC-free version can be made by removing the Breaking Ground scanning arm mounted on the right side of the rover cab.
A stock aircraft called Lemures.* Built with 52 of the finest parts, its root part is mk2LanderCabin.v2.
Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.10.1.
*: Named after the little blobby lumps of junk data from the River Styx in Misfile - Hell High.
