Description
The Goliath IIIA is another great craft to send a pair of your astronauts rocketting to orbit, with a third stage and four small Shrimp SRBs adding more oomph compared to the older Goliath II. The IIIA has enough power to send a pair of Kerbals on a free-return swing around the Mun, although it can’t go into munar orbit. It carries added science equipment to make the most of the visit, and solar panels to keep the batteries topped up throughout.
A stock rocket called Goliath IIIA HLV. Built with 83 of the finest parts, its root part is Mk2Pod.
Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.9.0.
