Description
Designed to mitigate the consequences of reckless driving, the Couscous two-seat rover boasts an extensive protective rollcage (crash-tested!) of girders and I-beams to shield its occupants from impact, with numerous reinforcing struts to keep the cage from coming apart even under severe shocks. Also features ten high-speed motorised wheels, a powerful reaction-wheel assembly, and an arm for waving at whatever catches your fancy.
Downsides: the solar panels are rather undersized for a vehicle of the Couscous’s power consumption (necessitating periodic stops to recharge), and the rollcage brings the rover’s total mass to over ten tonnes.
A stock aircraft called Couscous. Built with 124 of the finest parts, its root part is roverBody.v2.
Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.10.1.
