Also this is a fictional craft with a bit of lore
At the start of the 1990s, the British government at the time, under the leadership of John Major. Where looking for the creation of a Stealth Aircraft which could accomplish and achieve all goals of the at the time current sea-harrier. BAE Systems, which was governmentally owned at the time proposed the idea for the Harrier IV FRS.10 . This idea however was not officially sanctioned by the British Government, until years later when the British Government officially began seeking an aircraft. The aircraft was then proposed to the British Government for percurrent. The project was in its infancy when it encountered budget and monetary issues due to the fall of the Iron curtain across eastern Europe.
In 1996 just years into the project a test plane Harrier IV P.1992 took flight, this saw the start of a new age in Europe of stealth capabilities, with the success of the first test flight the British Government Ordered a fleet of 50 aircraft which would be operated by both the Fleet air arm and the RAF. By the time it got to 1999 interest grew from around the world from countries that operate the Harrier’s, some orders were taken mainly from the USMC but the F-35 program in the fall flight saw the cancellation of orders.
At the turn of the century, Harrier IV P.1992 completed its last successful flight. 2 years later after delays in engine upgrades to the Pegasus Mk.110 , on 19 January 2002 the Harrier IV P.1992 took off for its last and fatal flight.
