Main throttle axis only controls center engine to allow for throttling down to conserve fuel of center CBC.
I had to handicap this craft quite a bit to get it to realistic performance numbers. If you remove the handicaps you could easily get a satellite of this size to Duna.

Known Issues
When releasing boosters, they may recontact the vehicle resulting in an uncommanded roll.
The DCSS engine used has gas generator piping despite the RL-10C engine on the real DCSS is an expander cycle engine.
