I have to build this for the Naval Aviation Challenge, since I didn’t have a carrier to land on.
It has limited amphibious capabilities (just to drive it from the runway to the ocean). Panthers are use to steer at speed. Thrust revers on the Goliaths can be used to steer at low speeds or when the ship is stationary.
A stock aircraft called Eeloo Class Aircraft Carrier. Built with 329 of the finest parts, its root part is mk3Cockpit.Shuttle.
Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.12.1.
