2 Stage reusable (Jet+Ion) lifter with a payload of 3,5 tons to a 100 km orbit around Kerbin.

ECO-1 Block 10 Flight Manual (WIP)
1) Press “T” to activate Stability Assist “SAS” and press “Z” for full throttle. Then spacebar to launch.
2) Rotate the vehicle to the horizontal and accelerate up to 500 m/s
3) Rotate to an angle of 25°-35° (WIP)
4) At 20 km activate FIRST the Fuel Cells with 7
and then the Ion engines.
5) When the Rapiers run out of air, press spacebar for stage separation.
6) At 60 km the fairing can be jettison.
7) Keep accelerating until the first stage reenters the atmosphere and reached an altitude between 35-30km (can be pushed a bit more). At this point you have to cut throttle and switch vessels before stage 1 gets destroyed. (WIP)
8) Let the 1st stage fall until you reach safe parachute deployment velocity and deploy parachutes. Airbrakes can be used (action group number 1
) in case speed is too high.
9) Recover 1st stage and go to the tracking station. Switch to the 2nd stage and continue with circularization.

10) Release the payload and put 2nd stage in retrograde.
11) Deploy parachutes below 250 m/s.
