Featuring a smaller service module and launched atop a Neptune-III CELV, the Liberty-V is the continuation of the successful Liberty Space Transportation System. This is the version compatible with the Waterfall mod.
A stock rocket called Liberty-V / Neptune-III W. Built with 164 of the finest parts, its root part is mk1-3pod.
Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.12.2.
