Description
I built the Leviathan to take up payloads too large for the Juneau, but far too light for the extreme capabilities of the Olympus rocket. I could have made it cheaper per-ton, but I also enjoyed using the giant single-bell vacuum engine for once. It costs 25,000 funds by itself so I generally avoid it. It was fun to find a reason to use it.
Comparable Vehicles
- Juneau 3S; 20.5 tons to low orbit with 1,700 m/s dV
- Juneau 2S; 40 tons to low orbit
- Leviathan HLV; 61 tons to low orbit
- Olympus UHLR; 121.5 tons to low orbit
A heavy-lift rocket capable of 61 tons to 100 km orbit, or smaller payloads to Eve, Duna, or beyond!
A stock rocket called Leviathan HLV. Built with 127 of the finest parts, its root part is fairingSize2.
