Description
This is a hypothetical vehicle of my own design, based on both the proposed Dragon XL, and the Cygnus resupply vehicle. It is launched atop a replica of the SLS Block-1B Cargo rocket. The Heron vehicle itself is 46 parts. Press 5 to open solar panels and antenna.

Notes
This resupply vessel comes with enough dV remaining in the SLS upper stage to successfully transfer to the Mun and match orbits with a station there.
It delivers 1,440/1,760 fuel/oxidizer to a space station anywhere in the Kerbin system, and possibly beyond.
A stock rocket called Heron Fuel Logistics Vehicle. Built with 116 of the finest parts, its root part is Rockomax32.BW.
