A replica of the Japanese Fuji Space Capsule system, complete with service module.

Flight Instructions and Notes

-Carries 4 Kerbals to orbit in safety and style. Comes with working abort feature.

-The H-II A204 rocket replica has plenty of power and stability for an aggressive gravity turn. Aim to be pointing at 45 degrees for booster separation.

-Once in orbit you should have ~800m/s dV in the orange rocket upper stage, and about the same amount in the service module/capsule combo for a combined total of approximately 1,600m/s. Plenty for maneuvering, or even Mun or Minmus rendezvous.

-The REAL Fuji space capsule system was designed to use a parafoil to gently glide in for a landing, but KSP sadly hasn’t added in parafoils just yet, so we’re using regular ol’ chutes.

-Comes with a loose replica of the orbital module, which holds additional monopropellant and electrical charge, as well as an extra antenna. Requires a transposition and docking maneuver to pick up the orbital module.

-After your de-orbit burn, press (1) to undock the orbital module. This way it burns up in the atmosphere along with the rest of the vehicle.

-(5) Opens the solar panels.

I had a lot of fun building this one. Originally I was going to use both expansions for parts, but realized many of you still don’t have them, so I opted for non-DLC parts only.

If anyone’s interested, I may release a 2nd version with expansion parts added.
