An evolution of the LKA-1CII science/survey aircraft, this plane is another step towards aerodynamic perfection (we are talking about bracketing the service bay with heat shields to reduce a whopping 0.5kN of drag). The plane is now capable of cruising at 680m/s at 9300m in dry mode (and using prograde lock) and can circumnavigate Kerbin 3-4 times with 1360units of fuel carried on board. In wet mode cruising speed is 920m/s at 12000m. The plane can also do sustained 6g turn at 9000m.
