This is what we get when our engineers are fed up with designing payloads to fit a cargo bay.
MTOW: 32.500 t
Ascend:
1. Lower Flaps (AG2)
1. Takeoff at 120 m/s, retract landing gear and flaps (G)
2. Climb at 10 degrees.
3. Throttle down to 1/3 at 600 m/s.
4. Begin levelling off at 9000 m.
5. Fly level at 11000 m, turn to full throttle.
6. Prograde lock at 950 m/s.
7. Switch to closed cycle at 22500 m. (AG1)
8. Jettison ore before circularizing and open service bay to use solar panel.
Re-entry:
1. Move LFO from trim tank to FL400 tanks on the wings.
2. Retro burn at 2/3 orbit with 0 m Pe.
3. Deploy tailfins (AG3), that serves as an airbrake.
4. Fly prograde until 45000 m.
5. Switch to SAS. When AoA reaches 10 degrees, engage prograde lock. Switch back to SAS when the plane is flying prograde.
6. Land at 60-80 m/s.
Notes:
1. Build the payload first, than merge the lifter, because there is a bug where a fairing set as root may not shield its content.
2. Add ore and LFO in the FL400 at the back to balance the payload.
