Agile and fast, long range cargo plane capable of landing on and taking of from water fully fueled (but not necicarily fully loaded). Make sure to use flaps and wiggle pitch to get the plane out of the water.
A stock aircraft called C-3 Mk5. Built with 68 of the finest parts, its root part is mk3CargoBayL.
Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.4.5.
