Description

A stock rocket called Kestrel-9 Test Vehicle. Built with 37 of the finest parts, its root part is EnginePlate3.

Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.11.0.

Launch:
1. Full throttle, SAS on, hold vertical.
2. @100m/s: Turn to 45 degrees. (Rocket will be unable to hold this and gradually flatten its trajectory.)
3. @burnout: Press 0, cut throttle, stage, throttle up slowly, SAS to prograde.
4. @45km, stage fairing. (OR: when aero effects disappear.)
5. @200km predicted AP: Cut throttle, switch to 1st stage & land.
6. @15s before AP: Circularize orbit.

Landing:
1. SAS to retrograde.
2. @parachute deployment: SAS off.
3. Allow rocket to fall over, switch to 2nd stage.
