SSTO Instructions:
SAS, full throttle, stage. Pull up to 30° @100m/s. SAS prograde @50km estimated AP. Cut throttle, AG5 @flame-out. Finish orbital maneuvers as desired.

5. Toggle airbreathing.
9. Toggle nose wheel steering.
