Description
A stock rocket called Raven SSTO. Built with 114 of the finest parts, its root part is Size4.Tank.01.
Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.12.3.
About the build
The RAVEN is a reusable SSTO based on the ROMBUS rocket concept from the 1960s and it shares many features with the ROMBUS such as recoverable drop tanks and aerospike engine. It is able to lift up to ~ 60 tons to an 85x85km orbit. This is one of my first reusable rockets and the first one that I am happy with to upload, said reusability allows it to have an insane cost per ton* of 391 kerbucks. Its heatshield and airbrakes could allow for it to be used outside of Kerbin’s SOI such as Duna or maybe even Eve with a low payload.
