UKSAF I-1 AWACS with interior and spinning radar dish. Be aware this is a 146 part count jet that costs about 160,000 kollars. There is a seperate download for this jet without the interior which only has about 70 parts and only costs around 120,000 kollars. It is in the UKSAF hanger at http://kerbalx.com/hangars/1703
.To have Kerbals sit in the interior workstations, put them in the passenger module in the SPH then just EVA them them into the cargo bay when on the runway. To get to the seats in the back have the kerbals either walk on the cargo bay doors to the back or climb over the desks in the front.To get dish to spin just hit action group 6 or 7 depending which way you prefer it to spin to start the spin then again if you want to stop its spin.
