The UKSAF F-10 Lancer is the UKSAF’s primary air to air interdiction fighter jet. It is replacing the F-9 Super Wasp. The UKSAF plans to order 140 of them to replace the entire inventory of F-9 Super Wasps and could purchase more as needed. They also plan to design and field at least one upgraded version of the fighter during its planned operational lifespan of 20 years. The F-10 can carry 4 weapons internally in its weapons storage bay and can carry an assortment of 10 additional weapons, external fuel tanks, or other equipment on its wing mounting points. The F-10 also has two 20mm main guns that are mounted to the body of the jet just forward of the wings and two countermeasures pods that are mounted to the body right before the engines. The F-10 is a dual engine fighter so external drop tanks are recommended for any long distance flights due its thirst for fuel. It can cruise comfortably at about half throttle and will go around 400 m/s under 5,000 meters. It can climb to heights above 20,000 feet but keep an eye on intake air as it does not have ram air intakes.Takeoff speed is 65-75 m/s and will take off well before the tower.

Some small changed have been made since the pictures were taken to clean up the appearance and improve the aerodynamics just a heads up.
