Description
Introducing the 5th member of the Foxtrot Launcher Family: the Foxtrot 2SCU 5M (5 Meter) Variant.
When Designers found themselves at a loss to add more than 2 additional Boosters, they sought out inspiration from the Echo Launcher Family, and with the additional 1.25 meters were able to add 4 boosters of both the S2-33 Clydesdale
Solid Fuel Booster and the S2-17 Thoroughbred
Solid Fuel Booster, thereby extending the payload capabilities of the Foxtrot Launcher Family.
The Engine settings are thus:
All 8 solids are gimbaled to 12, while the 1st Stage engines and S2-17s are set to 100% Throttle, the S2-33s are set to 75% Throttle, the 1st stage core engines are gimballed to 25 on the 4 KE-1 Mastodon
LFEs and gimballed to 50 on the single LV-TX87 Bobcat
LFE.
