Description
When Designer Frodo1570 saw the flaws in his Echo Launcher series, he toyed around with the engine configurations and thus from the ashes the perfect Echo Launcher was born.
The new Echo Launcher First Stage uses 4 Kerbodyne KE-1 Mastodon
Liquid Fuel Engines and a single LV-TX87 Bobcat
Liquid Fuel Engine in the middle of the 4 Larger engines.
The perfect settings were determined to be Thrust Limit at 100 on all engines and only 30 on the Gimbal Limit. The Boosters are a pair of S3 KS-25x4 Mammoth
Liquid Fuel Engines set to the same settings as the 1st stage.
The Echo Launcher: Rhino Series gets its’ name from the redesigned 2nd stage which is powered by a single Kerbodyne KR-2L+ Rhino
Liquid Fuel Engine, which is set to 50 on the Thrust Limit and 20 on the Gimbal.
Its siblings are the Echo Launcher: Small model 1713, Medium model 135 with the Rhino Standard and Heavy to complete the entire Launcher family.
