Description
A stock subassembly called Heavy ‘BootStrap’ Zompi K-Drive. Built with 181 of the finest parts, its root part is EnginePlate2.
The Heavy BootStrap
Drive is a Zompi-Class (Docking Port) Kraken Drive capable of producing 1030kN of thrust, with accurate throttle control even at low thrust levels. Even works in physics time warp (tested to 4x warp). Some impact on framerate. If the protective shell is removed the drive will still work, and will additionally fit inside the shortest Mk3 cargo bay without (much) clipping.
Weighs in at 4.731 tons with the shell, and 4.1 tons without.
Built in KSP version 1.12.4.
