A flying boat on base of L-13. It flies… well, it flies. Somehow. Yeah, flight characteristics are greatly reduced in comparison to L-13, but the ability to swim requires sacrifices. Also it could’t takeoff from water with old engines, soo…. I added 2 turbofans (fogive me. Please.) But you know, it is very good to fly fishing on weekends and other stuff like that.

takeoff speed - 55 from ground, 55-60 from water (use jets for takeoffs from water). Max. speed with props - 95 m/s, with jets - I don’t know, but definitely faster.
