[Video begin]
The video feed is from a camera mounted on the shuttle center console. Various Multifunctional displays are seen, all showing several error messages and a red EJECT button flashing red. The kerbals are unconscious.

A radio transmission becomes audible. Range Control to Kerman, you are authorized to eject. No response.

Range control to Alpha Sierra X-ray Golf, EJECT EJECT EJECT.
[vehicle passes 10,000m]
The proximity alarm sounds. Automated ejection protocol activated. There is a quick 3 second countdown and the ejection seat activates.
The camera feed cuts out, and switches to a helmetcam
[helmet cam begin]
The helmet cam is mounted to the head of Hadtrey Kerman. His PMD (Personal Medical Device) is visible on his left wrist. A message on it reads, RESPIRATORY ARREST DETECTED. ADMINSTERING ADRENALINE… The view from the helmet cam is tumbling. Eventually, the seat starts activating its RCS thrusters. However, right when the seat is about to activate its retrothrusters, it doesn’t. It crashes into the ground, and the camera feed cuts out.

Hadtrey Kerman
REASON: Respiratory arrest caused by life support system failure and blunt force trauma from a failed ejection.
CAUSE: Kraken attack caused by a malfunctioning Physics Range Extender configuration.

KAF Certificate of Wounding

Milcal Kerman
REASON: Severe brain injuries caused by a lack of oxygen and leg injuries cause us to recuse Milcal Kerman from the service. He was recovered by a nearby rover and administered oxygen.
CAUSE: Kraken attack caused by malfunctioning Physics Range Extender configuration.

Proof there are missiles (I have tested it in orbit of the Mun earlier (one orbiting vessel to another orbiting vessel)

Medical Transport Mission for Incident 053-Gamma

(Taking off from Lunar Area-03 Vaccum Runway) Vessel broke up during reentry after critical parts caught fire during reentry, nevertheless, all 4 passengers ejected and were quickly provided medical care.
