Description

The IJN Yamato was the largest battleship of the second world war, and still holds the title of having the largest calibre naval guns of any warship put to use. She and her sistership, IJN Musashi, were used sparingly in the war by the imperial Japanese navy, and were both eventually sunk. The ship has gotten an almost legendary status over the years, maybe rightfully so.

The craft is about 1:1.4 scale, so it’s a bit smaller than the real ship. It’s still big, at around 185 meters in length. All the naval turrets are functional, they can spin and the guns can aim up and down. The craft has no propulsion method, it’s meant purely as a display-craft. The craft also has no action groups.
