The Krumman K-92 Mosquito is a personal survey craft developed for low altitude survey missions. The mosquito is a nimble craft, with a top speed of 54 m/s in level flight. Despite it’s excellent flight characteristics and handling, the poor reliability of the engine limited it’s demand among amateur pilots. Despite it’s shortcomings, the mosquito is a fun personal aircraft reminiscent of a previous age of aviation.

To fly; EVA your kerbal to the command sit. Hit the space bar to decouple both the engine and the pod. Switch to the engine via [ or ]. Spin the engine up using alt + q. set the trim to max, and switch back to the main vessel. The plane should lift off by itself at around 25 m/s. Once in the air, switch back to the engine and press 1 to change the pitch of the blades and allow for higher speeds/
It is HIGHLY recommended to use fine controls while flying. Bank and turn slowly, or the engine may fail. Warranty void is surface speeds exceed 1 m/s.
