I recommend using hyper edit to put this in orbit. It is best to hack gravity at launch before using hyper edit to place it in orbit, just so it doesn’t fall over at the launch pad. I also recommend using Kerbal Join Reinforcement, as it will make turning this thing much easier.

NOTE: Do not use SAS with RCS, it will wobble horribly if you do! Slowly turn it with RCS on and SAS off. Only use SAS when RCS is turned off.

DO NOT decouple fairings, they are for decoration
