Flight instructions:
1. Fly low to gain speed
2. Gain more speed
3. Gain a lot more speed
4. Pull up a little
5. By this point you should be going at least a km/s at a moderately high altitude. Turn on the nukes and switch the rapiers to rocket mode once their thrust is real low. Also pull up of course.
6. Get to orbit
