Description

A stock aircraft called AD-1. Built with 78 of the finest parts. This is a replica of one of NASA’s weirdest experimental planes which was built to test the idea of an oblique variable wing. It handles pretty well at any wing angle, but rolls easier at a high angle than zero due to the main wing control surfaces being only cosmetic.

To play around with the wing variability all you gotta do is decouple the wing and switch craft to rotate it. Once in the desired position you can undeploy the airbrakes on the main craft to lock it in place.

Here she is pulling off my most difficult stunt to date: https://gfycat.com/ThatNeatHind

Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.2.2.
