A stock rocket called KommNET Mk I.A Block 15-B. Built with 39 of the finest parts, its root part is fairingSize1.

An early(ish) ComNet Satelite for Kerbin SOI, idealy use 3 at 750km orbit. First stage is solid booster with RCS control, recoverable by StageRecovery (includes parachutes).

Thanks to RCS able to perform basic gravity turn. First stage puts Ap at 45 (give or take), wait with fairing and separation until 25 km, then continue the the gravity turn with second stage. Once AP at 75km perform circularisation manneuver.

When stable orbit is achieved, put AP to 750 km and circularise again. It is minimum altitude for 3 satelites to cover Kerbin completely. Second stage has enough elft delta-v to perform orbital tweaking (relative movement to other satelites at same orbit : for moving forwards on the orbit, put PE to 700 for few orbits, for moving backwards put AP to 800. Once satisfied with position, circulatise again at 750 km)

Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.2.2.
