Amphibious takeoff and landing, parachute assisted pinpoint landing.
Designed to land anywhere (including mountain peaks), and take off from anywhere at very low airspeed.
Can gather every single piece of Kerbin based science report except for High Altitude.

- winch and tools for in-flight modifications
