Description

Can reach polar orbit, scan, then jump to a Kerbin Mun for the same.

Full burn straight up to 1000m, gently tip nose in desired heading, gradually decrease the Thrust limiter for the Reliant main engine (Spider engines are needed at full power for steering) to keep orbital velocity under 1000m/s until 45 km, then burn toward orbital prograde until reaching 80 kilometers.
