Description

A stock aircraft called KX-2 Fox. Built with 30 of the finest parts, its root part is Mark2Cockpit.

Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.1.3.

Simple, decently low tech jet built in the career save I initially started to mess around with during the 1.1 beta. Decently maneuverable, fast-ish (~1.7 mach), and surprisingly long ranged (maybe 100, 200 LF short of being capable of circumnavigation if flown right). Recommend tweaking deploy limit of the control surfaces depending on your input device and personal preference, I like setting ailerons to ~40%, elevators to ~75%, rudders to ~40%. Take off an landing can sometimes be a bit sketchy due to the gear, and will hopefully be resolved with 1.2’s tweaked gear model.
