Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.2.0.
Submission to CSA Mun lander contract, designed with return capsule for maximum science return. Return stage has no attitude control beyond the engine gimbal, all reaction wheels disabled to be compliant with contract requirements, so be careful when you shut the engines down.
