Description
Designed to be the ultimate lunar transporter. It’s time to kick it in to high gear and start to take things seriously with 679057 kg of space exploration. The LSAV rides atop an Artemis Super Heavy, the largest of the Artemis family. It is essentially our CTV 2900 space vehicle with a massive landing stage capable of performing biome hops with decent payload capacity for external science.
Due to the vehicle’s profile, a separate crew compartment is located on top for the crew to ride in on ascent. This is to ensure the highest safety rating we can. The Crew Launch Module is detached after reaching orbit and can be used as a relay or recovered for future flights.
