Super Heavy Reusable SSTO. Can lift ~100 tons + 10 tons of fairing to ~80 km orbit. Cost at least 40K in fuel.

Update 12018.8.4: Upgraded to 1.4.5, tuned a few parts and test to orbit and back.

Want to lift loads that can’t fit in a stock cargo bay, but want to lift it to orbit on a reusable spacecraft (cheaper)? Then this is the answer for you. Very easy to fly and stable to orbit, re-entry and landing. Can Use Mechjeb to get into orbit as well as fly stable with SmartSASS.

To Orbit: MechJeb can get it 75x85 km orbit via a 40% gravity curve, 3G thrust limit, without any need for manual assistance.

To Land: Drop the periapsis to 5 km near the launch center (MechJeb predicting it will land 700 km behind the KSC) Glide into the atmosphere at 10-5° pitch, use airbrakes or pitch down to reduce estimated landing point as needed. Do not pitch down too much or you may overheat parts. Glide to runway and land below 100 m/s, use parachutes to slow down.
