Description
All in one mission to Dres
Version 1.3: Minor improvements here and there.
Comes with:
A very large booster rocket that can get the ship or up to 200 tons into a low kerbin orbit.
a ‘Nuclear Runner 2’ with over 8000 m/s of delta-v for getting to and from Dres. Also doubles as mission orbital communications relay while landed on Dres. The runner can be returned to Kerbin orbit at mission’s end and re-fueled for other missions.
An attachable and re-arrangable inflatable heat shield for aerobraking and re-entry of its 7-kerbal capsule to kerbin. Do not exceed 1 G when aerobraking.
Science lab for research on Dres and solar power.
A 2-Kerbal ‘Dres Rover’ with complete science package for science farming Dres.
Proven to work for an Eeloo mission without modification, though solar power is more spares out there. In theory it could also be used for a Vall or Bop and Pol mission as well, though the rover is ill suited for Bop or Pol gravity.
A stock rocket called Dres Mission 1.3. Built with 345 of the finest parts, its root part is mk1-3pod. Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.9.1.
