About the plane
The Chance Vought F4U Corsair is an American military aircraft, used in World War II and until 1968.
It is one of the best-known devices of WWII, thanks in part to the Les Têtes brûlées television series, which popularized its stocky figure and W-wing (inverted seagull wing) that made the Corsair almost immediately recognizable. .
